Conference Fees

The conference rate includes all conference sessions, full documentation as well as lunches and dinners:

  • Standard price: € 1.790,00
  • GLAFRI Member price: € 1.490,00
  • Super Early Bird discount: € 250,00 (registrations must be made by March 14, 2024)
  • Early Bird discount: € 150,00 (registrations must be made by May 15, 2024)


Please note that the conference is only open for foil rollers and sponsoring suppliers.

Fees do not include delegate travel and accommodation. All delegates will receive an invoice after registration by e-mail.
Printed invoices or invoice changes will be charged with €50.

Cancellations

Cancellations of conference participation will be accepted until July 24, 2024. Full refunds of the registration fees, less a cancellation charge of 50%, will only be made if you inform in writing three months prior to the conference date. Thereafter no refunds are accepted. Substitutions of participants are possible until August 30, 2024. In all cases, please notify the conference coordinator Julia Niklass at office@global-alufoil.org

Single rooms are available at a special rate of €224 per singleroom and night, including breakfast, VAT and city tax.

The room-reservation has to be made directly to the hotel via this link. Please make your reservation as soon as possible but not later than May 10, 2024. Otherwise the hotel can not guarantee room capacity and rates. Free room cancellations are only possible until May 20, 2024. Kindly note that all reservations made without valid credit-card details will not be confirmed by the hotel.
